Annual budget and collection campaigns
Plan your income and expenses in advance with the annual budget, then track their progress in real time. Collection campaigns let you group donations and entries around a common goal.
Enter or update the budget
- In the menu, click Finance → Budget.
- Select the year.
- For each category, enter the forecast amount.
- Click Save budget.
The table shows in real time: Forecast, Actual (sum of validated entries) and Variance. At the bottom, forecast and actual balances give you a full picture.
The budget for a closed year is read-only.
Create a collection campaign
- Click Finance → Campaigns → New campaign.
- Enter the label (required, 120 characters max), a description, a target in € (optional), start and end dates.
- Click Create.
The campaign record shows the total collected updated automatically, and a colour-coded progress bar: grey with no target, gold between 50 % and 99 %, green at 100 %.
A campaign can only be deleted if none of its linked entries are validated. First unlink the relevant entries by editing each one.
