Invite your team and understand roles
Cathedra Manager works as a team. Each member of your parish receives a role that precisely determines what they can see and do. This guide explains the available roles and how to invite your collaborators.
Available roles
| Role | Typical access |

| Administrator | Full access to all modules, user management and settings |
| Treasurer | Finance (entries, budgets, campaigns), donations, intentions |
| Secretary | Contacts, sacraments, schedule, room bookings |
| Priest | Mass intentions, sacraments, bulletin |
| Volunteer | Restricted access defined by the administrator |
| Read-only | View without editing |
A user can only belong to one parish with their email address.
Step 1: Invite a collaborator
- In the menu, go to Users → Invite a member.
- Enter the person's email address and select their role.
- Click Send invitation.
- The person will receive an email with a link valid for 48 hours. They will create their password on first login.
Step 2: Manage pending invitations
- In Users, the Invitations tab lists sent invitations and their status.
- You can cancel a pending invitation or resend a new one if the deadline has expired.
Step 3: Edit or deactivate a user
- Click on a user's name to change their role.
- To disable an account without deleting it, use the Suspend access option.
- Permanently deleting a user is irreversible — their contributions are kept but their account is anonymised.
If you are the only Administrator and wish to hand over, use the Transfer ownership function in Settings → My account.
