Configure your parish and manage your subscription
The Settings page centralises your parish configuration, team management, display preferences and Cathedra Manager subscription management.
Parish settings
- In the menu, click Settings → Parish (Administrator role required).
- Logo: drag and drop your logo (PNG, WebP or JPEG, max 2 MB). It appears on all your PDFs.
- Official name, address, postcode, city, phone, email.
- SIRET / charity number — tick 'Show on receipts' to include it on your tax receipts.
- Default intention amount (pre-fills the amount field when creating an intention).
- Currency and locale: EUR/fr-FR, EUR/fr-BE, CHF/fr-CH, GBP/en-GB, USD/en-US, CAD.
- Click Save.
Interface language
In Settings → Appearance, select Français or English. This setting is saved to your account and affects the interface, transactional emails and generated PDFs.
Upgrade from the Free plan
- In Settings → Subscription, the upgrade panel shows the three available plans.
- Choose your billing cycle: monthly or annual (20 % saving).
- Click Choose this plan → you are redirected to secure Stripe payment.
- Your plan is activated as soon as payment is confirmed.
Manage an active subscription
- The panel shows your current plan, billing cycle and status.
- Click Manage my subscription to access the Stripe portal: update your payment card, download invoices, change your plan.
Cancel your subscription
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Reason: choose from 6 predefined reasons.
- Identity verification: TOTP code if 2FA is active, or OTP code sent by email.
- Final confirmation: type the word
CANCELto confirm.
Access remains open until the end of the current billing period. Your data is automatically exported before the account is closed.
